Letter to Congressman Dennis Kucinich
February 4, 2009
Dear Congressman Kucinich,
First of all, on a personal note, I am so grateful for your intelligence and integrity. You will continue to be my presidential candidate!
It is because of your concerns and your conduct that we are approaching you to ask for your help.
My Representative, Kirsten Gillibrand, has - as you know - taken Hillary Clinton’s vacant Senate seat. It should be noted that even when she did represent me, her staff had little sympathy for my concern of Weather Manipulation. Nor had Senators Schumer & Clinton’s offices.
Today, I am representing a growing coalition of Americans as I ask for your help getting to the truth re: the ongoing jet contrails that are laid down in Xs, parallel lines, cross-hatches (and the occasional circle or dotted line). All across the country we watch them, (on an almost daily basis, often 30 or 40 at a time) as they expand, plume out into cirrus-like "clouds" and then combine to occlude the sun.
It is our contention that, whatever the intention or purpose may be, we citizens have an inalienable right to "Natural Weather". We want an end to programs which dim the sun.
Further, we want the public made aware of these programs, the potential health and environmental repercussions, and the civil/military agendas.
We want this issue openly discussed in Congress and in the marketplace and homes of America.
As you know there are many Bills which allude to or directly affect Weather and Weather Modification. These need the benefit of a broader scrutiny by Congressional Committees, to examine potential agriculture, environmental and health ramifications.
Many individuals among our growing coalition have done research for years and have at their fingertips, government documents regarding patents, geoengineering, defense programs and NASA & IPCC studies. We have on file thousands of photos of the plume-ing phenomenon described above. And we are willing to testify before Congress. We want to help!
I enclose here copies of a few of these documents. We look forward to working with you. Thank you for your time and attention.
Sincerely,
Bonnie Hoag
